The Rainbow Clinic in the UNL Psychological Consultation Center is a specialty outreach service to the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and queer community in partnership with Outlinc.
Psychological services, including individual, couples and family therapy, are provided within the UNL Psychological Consultation Center by regular PCC staff. All PCC therapist serving Rainbow Clinic clients have completed certain additional training under Debra A. Hope, Ph.D., Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
Individuals who are interested in services in at the Rainbow Clinic can call the PCC at (402) 472-2351 and ask for the Rainbow Clinic. If the Rainbow Clinic personnel are not immediately available, the staff will collect contact information and the Rainbow Clinic staff will return the call. The Rainbow Clinic at the PCC is open year around and has day and evening appointments available.
Cost is $10 for the intake and $25 for therapy sessions. Application can be made for reduced fees based on federal poverty guidelines.
