Research who offers “Employee + 1” and domestic partner benefits currently.2. Discover best strategies, partnerships, support Outlinc can offer.3. Train employees and HR departments 2012 Goal: Sponsor 10 trainings for health/mental care facilities and professionals in Lincoln. Next Steps: 1. Find qualified trainers in LGBT health and wellness issues. Add them to resource directory.2. Create an action/strategic plan for organizing trainings.3. Identify funding streams for growth.4.
